David Icke, Lizard People & Symbols (article) by Silvia Hartmann on AuthorsDen

David Icke, Lizard People & Symbols (article) by Silvia Hartmann on AuthorsDen: "I've always been rather fascinated by David Icke and what he has to say for himself.

He's clearly an intelligent, compassionate person who is determined to make a change in this world, and there he stands and goes on about how US presidents turn themselves practically into gigantic lizards and drink the blood of babies whilst worshipping a large owl.

In all sincerity.

A lot of 'lizard' type illuminati conspiracy theories revolve around the use of symbols, hidden, mystical meanings, intent and symbols in buildings, street layouts, and most everything the secret rulers of their human slaves are producing.

David Icke angrily says often, 'They are completely OBSESSED with symbols!' "

We Licke Icke

We Licke Icke: " * David Icke believes that the former US President George Herschel Walker Bush is a lizard and a drug dealer.
* The Washington Post believes that former US President George Herschel Walker Bush is not a lizard, and not a drug dealer.
* Adequacy.org believes that former US President George Herschel Walker Bush is not a lizard, but is a drug dealer.

So, it appears that we disagree with Icke on the subject of whether Bush was a lizard, and with the Post on the subject of whether Bush was a heroin pusher. And the fact is that, while it's more or less impossible to prove one way or the other whether Bush is an Annunaki lizard from the fourth dimension, it's very easy indeed to show that Bush was the head of the CIA during the period in which Air America was carrying opium by the ton from Burma and Laos to the heroin labs of Hong Kong and Saigon, from whence it was sold to American GIs. So it appears that David Icke makes a claim that is pretty difficult to believe, with not much evidence in favour of it, while the Washington Post is asking us to believe something in the face of a vast amount of conclusive contradictory evidence. Furthermore, while Icke's organisation is supported almost entirely in the free market by selling books and videos to the public, the Washington Post is bankrolled partly by the CIA, and partly by the Reunification Church of the Reverend Sun Myung Moon, a bona fide cult."

You know I love David Icke, right?
I'm still not sure how we're supposed to defeat the reptiles with love though.

Noam Chomsky on sports

Hope everyone enjoyed their superbowl...
this next bit is via Little Miss Messycovers.
Take it away, Noam...

Noam Chomsky on sports: "Take, say, sports -- that's another crucial example of the indoctrination system, in my view. For one thing because it -- you know, it offers people something to pay attention to that's of no importance. [audience laughs] That keeps them from worrying about -- [applause] keeps them from worrying about things that matter to their lives that they might have some idea of doing something about. And in fact it's striking to see the intelligence that's used by ordinary people in [discussions of] sports [as opposed to political and social issues]. I mean, you listen to radio stations where people call in -- they have the most exotic information [more laughter] and understanding about all kind of arcane issues. And the press undoubtedly does a lot with this."
