when I say

in regret
what I mean is,
I'm not saying,
I don't mean to say
that I don't believe
regrets exist
or even that I don't
(cause I do
yes I do),
that I don't
have them.
if I had a grain of sand
for every lost opportunity
I'd have a nice sandbox
at the very least
and I
could fill
a gallery
with pictures of lips
left unkissed
a library
of words unspoken...

what I guess I mean is, well,
it's just not
very productive,
is it?
